Komla Anippah

Founder of Koadi Technology. Writes and reviews the Koadi fix-it guides.

Komla Anippah founded Koadi Technology LLC in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, in 2022, and runs it today. He built the Koadi marketplace: the platform where a client posts an IT problem in plain words, ID-verified technicians bid on it or accept it, and the client's payment is held by Koadi until the client has looked at the finished work and approved it.

He started it for the reason on the About page: homes and small businesses were gambling on tech help, paying strangers up front and hoping. Koadi exists so that nobody has to take anybody's word for anything. Every technician shows government ID before their first job, every finished job adds a public rating, and payment moves only when the client says the job is done.

The fix-it guides on this site are written and reviewed under his name. Each one is built to be worked through in order, from the most likely cause to the least, and each one ends with when to stop and hand the problem to a technician. They cover the problems Koadi technicians see most: slow and infected computers, Wi-Fi that drops, email that stops working, printers that say offline, backups that were never really backups, and the scams that start with a pop-up or a phone call.

Remote support through Koadi is available anywhere in the United States. On-site visits cover New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Reach the company at help@koaditech.com or (848) 266-6363, or find Koadi Technology on LinkedIn.
