In both cases, payment is secured before work begins and only released when the client is satisfied.

Client posts a job
Describe the IT problem, set a budget, choose Quick Assistance (fixed price) or open it to bids. The more detail you add, the better the proposals you'll receive.
Technicians respond
For Quick Assistance, an available technician accepts immediately. For Bid jobs, multiple technicians submit proposals with their price, timeline, and approach — you compare and choose the best fit.
Payment is secured
Once a technician is selected, the client's payment is secured by the platform. The technician knows payment is guaranteed when the work is done right; the client knows their money is safe until they approve the result.
Work gets done
The technician performs the work — remotely or on-site — and marks the job complete when finished. Communication happens within the platform, keeping everything in one place.
Client reviews & releases payment
The client reviews the completed work, leaves a rating, and releases payment. If there's an issue, they can raise a dispute before releasing. No pressure, no guessing — just a clear process.
