What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), job content you post (descriptions, photos, chat messages), technician verification documents, payment metadata (handled by Stripe — Koadi never stores card numbers), and usage analytics (self-hosted, privacy-respecting).

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching jobs with technicians, processing escrow payments, sending notifications you've requested, preventing fraud, and improving the Platform. Our AI assistant (Koadi Assist) processes the problem descriptions you type into it to provide diagnosis and drafting help.

What we share

Job details are shared with technicians so they can do the work. Payment data is processed by Stripe. SMS verification codes are delivered through our SMS gateway. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the app's Profile screen or by contacting us; we delete or anonymize personal data except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
