1. Your initial payment covers a 15-minute consultation fee. Additional charges will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $26.99 per increment.
2. Support is provided on an "as-is" basis. Koadi Technology will make reasonable efforts to resolve your issue but cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.
3. You authorize Koadi Technology to access your device remotely if required for remote support.
4. For on-site support, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible work environment.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the consultation fee.
6. You acknowledge that Koadi Technology is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the service.
7. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider and are subject to their terms of service.
