Detailed Process Guide

  2. Click "Request Support" from your dashboard
  3. Select the category that best describes your issue
  4. Choose between remote or on-site support
  5. Select whether you need help ASAP or want to schedule for later
  6. Add details about your issue to help us match you with the right tech
  7. Make the initial consultation payment to submit your request

  1. Available tech specialists in your area are notified of your request
  2. A qualified specialist accepts your job based on their skills and availability
  3. You'll be notified when a tech accepts your request
  4. The tech will review your issue details and may message you with initial questions
  5. For scheduled appointments, you'll receive confirmation and reminders

  1. For remote support: The tech will connect to your device using our secure remote access tools (with your permission)
  2. For on-site support: The tech will arrive at your location at the scheduled time
  3. The tech will diagnose and explain the issue to you
  4. Work begins on resolving your problem
  5. You can communicate with the tech through our platform during the entire process
  6. When the work is complete, the tech will verify everything is working properly

  1. When the work is complete, the tech will stop the timer
  2. You'll be notified that the job is complete and ready for your review
  3. You'll receive an itemized invoice showing the consultation fee, time spent, and any other applicable charges
  4. Approve the completion and make the final payment
  5. Leave a review about your experience with the tech
  6. Receive a receipt for your records and access ongoing support if needed

Transparent Pricing

Consultation Fee: $25

Initial fee to submit your request and get matched with a tech.

Support Time: $25/hour

You pay only for the actual time spent solving your issue, billed in 15-minute increments.

Travel Fee (for on-site only)

A variable fee based on distance. Flat rate of $100 for in-city support.
